After-sales

We stand guarantee for the performance of the panel supplied by us for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier provided the panel is maintained and operated by authorized personnel. The choices of components leave us with little scope for any problem after sales. However, being local manufacturers, trained Engineers / Technicians are available at very short notice to attend any service or trouble shooting supplemented by expert consultancy on site adaptations. We hold inventory of components of approximately three months production, making spares availability, a ready feature.

This has been the hallmark of our product quality. Company’s resourceful procurement team is constantly upgrading its vendor base to purchase the right products at competitive prices. We source Switchgear major components from Schneider – Europe, ABB - Europe, Siemens - Europe, Hager - Europe, EATON - Europe, L&T – India etc.

The process of vendor development ensures consistent quality products meeting customer specifications and requirements. We have a full-fledged in-house engineering team equipped with state of the art, Auto CAD Systems. We have a highly skilled work force with several years experience in the switchgear industry. We are constantly upgrading our design capabilities to keep in line with state of the art improvements in Low Voltage Switchgear assemblies / Products.
